I baked Chocolate Caramel Brownies and the caramel is supposed to be really thick (like, toothpaste) I thought 30 minutes of stirring is just a typo. So the moment it started boiling, I turned off the range and pour it on my brownies.

24 hours later, it looks NOTHING like the picture in the magazine. *__*

BUT. The caramel sauce is yummy beyond words. Heh.

I have zero domestic skeelz but at least I can bake. Well, I can't really execute it flawlessly because my baking schedule is dictated by my hormones and my mother. (Meaning I only bake when I feel like it or if my mudras implores me to)

Perfect? No. Eatable? Hell yes. ;P

I haven't been updating, Tabbie and for that, I am very sorry. But I've been really kinda lazy lately so you know the lazy girl's guide to blogging right? BULLETS! Heh.

1. jdrama. I have discovered the wonder that is Mysoju.com. And my mom is majorly pissed because all I ever do is sleep and eat and watch and sleep and eat and watch. THAT'S WHAT SEMBREAKS ARE FOR!
   
2. emotional. I cried yesterday for the pettiest of reasons. Damn my hormones. I hate getting my period. It throws my everything off balance.
   
3. hk. we might go to Hong Kong. CROSSES FINGERS.
4. debut. all my closest friends are finally 18. I guess the next big parties will involve wedding bells. God, we're old.
5. fat. I hate it when my family comments that I'm getting fat. I know I'm getting fat so please just shut up. I'll deal with it when I feel like it. Meanwhile, just leave me and my Crumpy Hazelnut finger-dipping sessions alone.

I will watch the J-drama version of Meteor Garden-slash-Boys Over Flowers this sembreak. I mean, daym. I used to have a crush on the dude who played Dao Ming Se back in 7th grade. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Man, that took courage to admit!) And then there’s the Korean dude who admittedly looks hotter than the Taiwanese guy. But I never bothered watching it because... I have a hard time memorizing Korean names. Me and my petty reasons so yeah.

But now I’m bored so I will watch the version from the country that started in all.
